Procedimiento de entrada de camiones o pick-up

Buenas tardes:

Como es de conocimiento nuestro estacionamiento ha sido embreado y queremos que nuestro estacionamiento se mantenga en óptimas condiciones para el disfrute de ustedes y sus visitantes.  

Se le  incluye el procedimiento de entrada de los camiones y equipo pesado de entrega de materiales de construcción muebles, gabinetes o recogido de mudanzas, etc efectivo inmediatamente. 

El procedimiento a seguir es el siguiente:

1.  No se le dará acceso por la entrada principal  de Dos Marinas a camiones o pick-up con materiales de construcción, muebles, gabinetes o recogido de mudanzas, etc..  Todo vehículo entrará por el portón que va hacia la zona de carga.

2.  El chofer deberá pasar por Control de Acceso.  La empleada de Control de Acceso en turno se comunicará con el Titular para aprobación de acceso y luego de ser  aprobado se le entregará la llave del portón que lo llevará al área de zona de carga.

3.  Luego que el Chofer abra el portón y entre su vehículo tiene que cerrar el portón y llevar la llave a pie hasta Control Caseta y luego bajará la rampa en donde se encuentra la zona de carga con el vehículo a  descargar o recogido de mudanza.

4.  Para salir buscará la llave a Control de Acceso, abrirá el portón, sacará el vehículo, cierran el portón y nuevamente entregarán la llave a Control de Acceso.

5.  Muy importante:  El portón deberá permanecer cerrado en todo momento.

Es responsabilidad como Titular notificar a sus acarreadores y contratistas el procedimiento a seguir para llegar hasta la zona de carga.

1. Trucks or pick-ups with construction materials, furniture, cabinets or removals will not be given access through the main entrance of Dos Marinas.    All vehicles will enter through the gate that take him to the loading area.

2.  The driver must go walking to the  Access Control.   The Access Control employee on duty will communicate with the Holder for approval of access and after being approved, they will be provide the key to the gate that will take them to the loading zone area.

3. After the Driver opens the gate and enters his vehicle, he has to close the gate and take the key walking to Control Booth and then he will forward with his vehicle ramp where the loading area is located to be unload or collect  from the move.

4.  To exit, they will look for the key at the  Access Control, open the gate, remove the vehicle, close the gate and deliver the key to Access Control.

5. Very important: The gate must remain closed at all time.

It is the responsibility as  Owner to notify your carriers and contractors of the procedure to follow to get to the loading area.
